Update.  Not a blown gasket, but a hole in the header.  After working all day on the one bad bolt that didn't come out, I cleaned things up and slathered on the Ultra Copper, only to see a hole in the header, where the tube is welded to the flange.  Called the local welding shop.  They said the closed in 20 minutes, but he said that if I'd head right down, he'd ask one of the guys to stay and fix me up.  Guys did me right, and only charged $23.  She's back on the road and running fine.

Winter is the time my BII shines.  Hope we have at least one serious snow, so that I can take her out and play.  Just blew an exhaust gasket on the headers.  Held inb there for over 100k miles, so I guess I can't bitch.  Gonna just use Ultra Copper, instead of gaskets this time.  Monday's weather is suppose to be good, So, I hope to "get 'er done" then.

the swap itself is a piece of cake, its the wiring that makes it interesting. Get a manual for ur B2 and the donor vehicle. Allow urself plenty of time

Helped on one in a 90 BII. It was about as easy as any swap I've ever seen. Not much more than swapping in a rebuilt.
Used a computer from a 92 Ex, and he did some basic wiring that I didn't get in on.
