I created a group called 'Girls Drive Rangers Too' (sorry, I had trouble coming up with a name and didn't want to just call it 'Girls Group'). I can't find a way to send messages to just the girls, but I know there is (1) other female registered so far. Maybe you could keep your eye open for new female members and invite them to join the group when you see them.
