"yea the torsion keys will get you about 2 inches of lift in the front max. any farther and you snap the torsion bar. as far as an add a leaf goes ive never done one, but if you want a cheaper eoute you can always get lift shackles for the back  "

"well i asume your 98 has the coil springs like mine. I used coil spring spacers on my truck but in my personal opinion i wouldnt recomend them. i recieved a much harder ride and it puts alot more strain on your ball joints. id recomend the lift…"
