transfer case problem

Hey im having a problem shifting into 4low on my elect. transfercase 2004 fx4.It started as intermitent problem,kind of harsh shifts to 4low,or trouble gettin in low.now it wont go in low at all,no problem 2 hi to 4 hi.I know i have a trs senser problem(it trigered check engine,I cleared it and havent replaced)would this keep tranfercase from shifting to 4lo?
