1987 2.3 fuel injected problems

I have a 87 2.3 fuel injected 5 spd ranger thet hasn't been running so well. We took it to my high school and the shop teacher worked on it. The following has been done in the past year: New computer, tps sensor, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump in tank, fuel pump on rail, fixed a few vacum leaks, new fuel relay, and eec relay. Still when your driving it down the road it acts like it isn't getting gas, misses, and sputters. We don't know what else to try. Some help please.
